I understand that my child's acceptance, the rates, fees, charges and terms set forth, form my legal and binding agreement with AL DHIYA PRIVATE SCHOOL SALALAH and agree to comply with them and be bound by them accordingly. I hereby agree to make the above mentioned payments for the respective grades of my child as per the terms and conditions set forth by the School and understood that in the event of payment remains overdue for a period of 30 or more days. I will be liable to pay the a late fee of percentage of 10% on the due amount or Al Dhiya Private School will take legal action against you.
As soon as the second semester begins (1st / 2nd Semester), the fee has to be paid within the first week of starting the semester. Fee will not exempted, if the student leaves the school in between the semester. As per the rules and regulations of Ministy of Education, parents have to pay the full semester fee even if the child comes to school for a day to school.
